1. How would you rate the technical quality of your video? Did we cover your event in a thorough manner ?
On a scale of 1 thru 10 and 10 being the highest, I would rate the technical quality as a 9.  
Yes.  You covered our event in a thorough manner.    

2. Did your completed wedding video meet your expectations? Please comment.  

Yes.  Our wedding video is more than what we expected.  The graphics and detailed titling added excitement to the video.      

3. Is there anything we could have done differently to improve our services?  Do you have any comments or suggestions about how I might improve my quality or service? Please comment.  

Your service and quality of work is great.  Marcelle and I have no complaints.    

4. Were there any specific things you particularly liked about your video or my service? or Constructive Criticism?

I love the way you did the outside cover of our wedding DVD.  I especially love the way you gift bagged our wedding video and included different kinds of treats.  Your service is SUPERIOR!

5. How would you rate our professionalism? (Were we non-obtrusive, friendly, responsive  to your questions, did we get the shots you wanted, etc.)?  

On a scale of 1 thru 10 and 10 being the highest, I would rate your professionalism as a 10.  You always responded to my emails quickly and returned my phone calls promptly.  You captured all the shots I wanted and much more.  Your wonderful Christian spirit shows thorough your work.  

6. How would you rate the price value? Do you feel your product warrant the financial investment you made in your video.  

The price value of everything I received was great!  Yes.  I feel the financial investment we made in our video will go a long way.  The wedding video show actions, emotions, and most important words expressed.  You can not get all these things from photographs.

7. What was your favorite part of your video? Why

My favorite part of the video was the growing up photo montage and the slow motion of pictures put together after the episode of the wedding ceremony.  

The growing up photo montage brought back some many memories of my younger days.  I'm very close to my mother & father so the photos of them in the video means a great deal to me.      

8. What was your initial reaction after viewing your video?

Marcelle and I both said "WOW".  I can watch it over and over again.  While watching the video we both could feel the love and happiness we felt on our wedding day.

9. What was your family and friends reaction to your video?

My family will view the video in 2 weeks when I go home to AL.    

10. How would you rank your video investment among your other wedding investments.

Our wedding video is ranked #1 among all other wedding investments.  When we started to plan our wedding, my husband and I both agreed the wedding video would be the biggest investment.  The wedding video brings everything together surrounding that special day.      

 11. Would you refer our service to your friends?

Yes.  I would refer your service to family and friends.
